Cassper Nyovest Blames The Government For His R7 Million #FillUp Debt

Cassper Nyovest Blames The Government For His R7 Million #FillUp Debt. Rapper Cassper Nyovest opened up about how his #FillUpMosesMabhida concert wasn’t all the way a great success since it left him in great debt of R7 Million. The star clearly expressed how the debt was caused by lack of financial support mostly from the government.

“Most often we find ourselves in positions where we need funding and sponsorships from institutions like the government and we were not able to be supported the way we should be. For instance, we just came from Mabhida and right now we’re sitting with a R7 million debt, after engaging with the different departments that were supposed to help us, and how they promised us all the support, there was no financial contribution,” the rapper told SABC News.

Tlee who is Cassper’s manager explained that they had the most traumatic experience while preparing for the Durban concert.

“What we experienced organising #FillUp in Durban was the most difficult, scary & painful experience of our careers. Threatened almost daily, not just concert cancelled but our lives. Before he jumped on stage instead of praying, myself & kid just cried. God saved #FillUp.” Tweeted Tlee.
